Place & story
Church and hall
Minterburn Presbyterian Church dates its foundation to 1657. Its own account records a hall built beside the church in 1957, three centuries later. The congregation belongs to the Presbytery of Armagh. [2]
Gathering beyond worship
The church describes its hall as a meeting place for youth activities, Sunday school, exercise, badminton and bowls. The bowling club arranges both league games and friendly matches, while a joint men’s club brings together members of Minterburn and Caledon congregations. [3]
